INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT TO STUDY AND PRODUCE A FRAMEWORK FOR DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING A MONITORIN

This Procurement Notice is addressed for international Consultants only
 
Application must be submitted by email   with a proposal, CV and
proposed lump sum daily fee at chayut.mathurapote@undp.org
 
The proposal should not be more than 4 pages (A4 size).
 
Please describe the following in the proposal:
 
  • The proposed approach in undertaking the study and  analysis,
  • The methodology;
  • The road-map of how you will undertake this study; and
  • An idea of how the final product will look like, keeping in mind the targeted audience (useful to the reader).
    •  
    Please note that the final selection will be based on the following:
     
  • Understanding of the issues and concepts
  • Innovative ideas
  • Clear grasp of how the assignment will be implemented
  • Writing style and presentation
    •  
    Lastly, you are required to propose your lump sum daily fee in the
    paper.  
     
    The contract will be awarded to the the lowest priced technically
    qualified Bidder.
